Sep. 2nd, 2008 10:20 pmIf Growing Up Cullen hadn't made me love Emmett already, this might've done it. Today I was at lunch today with Melissa, Ollie and Melissa's friend Hannah, and Mysa was all so, they mention the Gators in Breaking Dawn, to which I elegantly replied "SHUT UP" and then looked up it and... there it is. Smeyer, quit it with your sneaky sneaky ways!
"Woo!" Emmett suddenly boomed in his deep bass. "Go Gators!"
Jacob and Charlie jumped. The rest of us froze.
Charlie recovered, then looked at Emmett over his shoulder. "Florida winning?"
"Just scored the first touchdown," Emmett confirmed. He shot a look in my direction, wagging his eyebrows like a villain in vaudeville. "'Bout time somebody scored around here."

Sep. 1st, 2008 10:12 pm"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…" he murmured. I looked away, hiding my
eyes as I thrilled to the word.
"What a stupid lamb," I sighed.
"What a sick, masochistic lion."
And so, Twilight is summed up by the main characters in four lines. Awesome.
Today I went with Melissa and her Navigatee, Jean-Baptiste, to a few stores, and we spoke French all day, and then we went and had some wine and cheese and bread at his place. Or, in my case, some bread and a few sips of wine because... I am embarrassingly unfond of cheese and wine, even though both are French, and the wine was brought with him from France, and is from the same village as his ancestors. I just suck, clearly. It was a really nice time, though, and I was complimented on my French, even though I think he was just being nice.
