Okay, so, I've watched twelve hours of the Gilmore girls in the past two days. This is impressive, although no where near as impressive as my consumption of the first two seasons of Alias in three days.

Today Papa Gilmore cemented his position as my favorite person because he almost beat up Christopher's asshole of a father (named Straub for god's sake) in order to defend Lorelai. I love him. I'm not too thrilled with Christopher, forever. And the name Lorelai has grown on me like you would not believe. I am such a sucker. I used to hate the name Sydney, too. It's absolutely not fair.

I also started packing and stuff. And by "started packing" I mean, we got a general idea of what clothes I'm bringing (a lot) and books (a lot less than I expected) and shoes and belts. We washed my new sheets and my mom got me a rug and it's so weird to think that I won't be living here anymore. I won't even be close anymore.

To veer from that potentially depressing idea, and into another one, I want to go this a join birthday party Chang and Corinne are having on the beach, but I have no way of getting there and no way to get home. And even if I get a ride, I am a party pooper and will want to leave. I suck at life and don't know what to do!

So here's a poll.

And on Wednesday's Alias, it says that Sloane is haunted by ghostly visions. And I hope that these hauntings are like, Shakespeare-scale type things with Nadia. I hope it's all out out, damn'd spot and omg batshit crazy Hamlet and Macbeth. Because I am vindictive. However, yaaaay Mia Maestro! Although I can't help but hope it's the haunting in the grand tradition of Emily in Season Two. Like, not so much with the dead. Oh, Nadia, LIVE!

Also, and I don't know why I still haven't mentioned this- did anyone else catch that Sloane is back in his old house, the one he had with Emily? As in, THE ONE HE DIDN'T LIVE IN LAST SEASON?

On Friday we went to see Seussical the Musical. Now, I have been told I have no soul, and this is proven by the fact that I don't like Dr. Seuss.

That's right.

The Cat in the Hat? OMG. Hate. Can't tell you how much I hate him. Why? He's always getting everyone in trouble! And they're trying to get him to leave them the hell alone... and the Cat screws things up anyway. Ergo? I hate the Cat.

I also hate rhyming. Oh jesus.

Seussical was a mix of a lot of his stories, most of which I never read. It included the adorable Getrude McFuzz (oh man, the actress who played her was younger than my sister, and she was so good,) Horton the Elephant, (who was my second favorite, and played by Javier, which is the reason why we were the only high school there) and some other characters. Such as Mayzie. And I hated Mayzie. The actress who played her was good, don't get me wrong, but dude- she got knocked up, explained this, and then abandoned her egg to Horton's care! Abandoned! Just like that! And then when the egg hatched, it was an elephant bird! It was SO WEIRD.

The musical itself was weird- I read on the Wiki it didn't too well on Broadway, and a lot of it had to do with the actual music. Which was... okay, I guess, but some of the tunes were really weird. In addition to the storylines! Oh, man.

Aside from that, I had a lot of fun with Chang on that trip.

I really should prepare for my english exam, which is tomorrow, and about the plays. Like, I should reread the plays, or something. I think I'm picking A Streetcar Named Desire and Hedda Gabler, because when it came right down to it, those were the two I hated the least.

Yesterday I went to dinner with my parents at Panera, where they told me that had I gone to FIU, I would've gotten a car. Which was news to me. And probably good that I never heard it. Because I could've always transferred.

I don't know how I'm doing my hair for prom. Woe.

I just watched Woody Allen's "Match Point" and it was pretty amazing. Scarlett Johansson was fantastic- freakishly good in fact, because she had my mom and I writhing with discomfort at her craziness. The guy who played the brother Tom was my personal favorite; and Jonathan Rhys Meyers was great- even the woman who played the wife was good. And the story itself was everything it should've been leading. You questioned everything, you changed loyalties a few times... it was quite a ride.

I got a dress for graduation, and I like it okay. It's white and it has silver spangly things. And I got the fabulous sweater from Gap I'd wanted on sale in black.

I really, really, really should be studying for math. It's kind of insane.

My new cell phone should be coming soon.

Today Taylor gave me back my soft cover edition of "The Blind Assassin" and I am so very, very excited. I love that book, and that's the one I underlined passages in.

Studied with Philly and Addy today, and we didn't get as much done as Philly and I had before, but we stopped to eat twice, and Philly's not-quite-three-years-old brother kept running in to play with us, and damn is he cute.

Still inching along with CAS. And I'm almost done, too, I just... don't. want. to. do. it. Arg.

Happy Easter!

So, I got up at ten (:-(!) to get ready for church, which was ridiculously crowded, as usual. When we were kneeling at one point, I started playing with my class ring.

And then it shot off my finger and clattered into the aisle ahead of us.

It was very loud. And embarrassing. And when we were doing the peace thing after the Lord's Prayer, everyone asked who had done it. And made me blush. Because there were hot boys behind me.

Telegraphic sentences are fun.

We have this idea that we're starting a new regime tomorrow, and therefore we must eat all baked goods and easter candy today. I was lucky enough to receive a Dove chocolate bunny and TEN! (10!) cadbury eggs.

I watched the first two episodes of Season Two. Because I love me some Irina.

I just downloaded new updates from Windows and quite frankly, I am terrified. As in, "if I never come back, it's been fun" scared. Because I've been burned by iTunes (and am continually burned by it. Damn thing.) and once by a windows update and now I'm just scared. So if I don't come back... at least you know the truth.

I think my mom thinks it's Thanksgiving. There's a turkey in the oven and all.
